Medication management appointments are 30 minutes and frequency is variable based on a number of factors. For those already working with a therapist, I offer thoughtful medication management. I integrate elements of psychotherapy when appropriate into medication management appointments, though am careful not to interfere with the work you are doing with your therapist.

I offer a limited number of spots for psychotherapy on a regular basis in combination with medication management or as the primary treatment depending on your goals. I use my extensive psychotherapy training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to tailor treatment to your individual needs. Therapy appointments (with or without medication management) are 50 minutes and typically occur weekly.

I am passionate about working with athletes and high performers achieve their full potential. In addition to routinely navigating high stake situations, athletes and high performers face unique challenges such as managing pressure to excel often while rebounding from setbacks, consequences of life sacrifices to achieve their goals, return to sport following injury in addition to balancing life stressors. These challenges can result in a variety of symptoms including mood disturbance, sleep difficulties, avoidance behaviors and negatively impact performance. Identifying and treating the root cause is essential to restoring the athlete's identity, performance and quality of life.

As a physician, I offer evidence-based therapeutic and behavioral techniques and if needed, conscientious medication utilization to help you achieve your goals.​​ After our initial consultation, meetings are 50 minutes and initially occur weekly. As symptoms improve, we collaboratively discuss if/when to decrease our meeting frequency while maintaining flexibility to increase frequency if needed.
