I am not in-network with any insurance panel and am considered an “out of network provider” for PPO plans. Most FSA/HSA spending plans are accepted as payment. I can also provide you with documentation including what you paid along with medical billing codes that reflect services provided which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement, often known as a superbill.
I am not able to negotiate or submit claims with insurance companies. Please consult your insurance provider in advance for information regarding coverage for out of network care. EquiMind LLC does not participate in Medicare or Medicaid and you cannot submit any bills from EquiMind to Medicare/Medicaid.
Initial Consultation: $350
Follow-up Appointments (30 minutes- 50 minutes): $175-$250, depending on services provided

We will work together to determine how to best meet your needs. Therapy patients (with or without medication management) are generally seen weekly and appointments are 50 minutes. Medication management only appointments are 30 minutes and follow up frequency is variable based on a number of factors. I do require patients to be seen at least every 3 months to be considered an active patient at EquiMind.
When clinically indicated, I believe controlled substances can be a valuable component of a treatment plan. However, I generally do not prescribe controlled substances during our initial consultation period and certain clinical presentations may require outside testing or prior records to ensure appropriate treatment course. I do not prescribe medical marijuana.
In-person appointments are available in Fox Chapel at the address below. Convenient telehealth appointments are also available throughout Pennsylvania.
